The concept of the project is played in its name and consists of 3 «B».
The first is AFI2 – Business. The office and business space meets the demands of large high-level residents and status, which combines thoughtful architectural and design solutions, original facades, and glazing, as well as stunning views.
The second – AFI2 – Belorusskaya. The building is in a historic location, as well as in the center of the business and business cluster, close to the best restaurants, shops, transportation points.
Third – AFI2 – Brestskaya. Transport accessibility of the BC location is the most convenient. From this location it is easy to get to any point – nearby Garden Ring, Moscow City, historical center, 3rd transport ring. There is also a direct road to the international airport in Sheremetyevo, where you can get as fast as possible by air express from m. Belarusian.

The lighting solution for BC Class A+ is developed considering the surrounding urban development, the area of the Belarusian railway station, traffic junctions and surrounding buildings of historical and modern, which allowed to harmoniously fit the office complex into the existing light environment.
The facades of the building are a combination of translucent structures and finishes made of natural stone, which allows on the one hand to give a modern look, and on the other – to create a facade «out of time», which is harmoniously integrated into the historical building of the city. According to the idea of the architect, the glass facades are oriented to the south, from them views of the historical part of Moscow, and to the street are more closed facades.

The concept of architectural lighting was developed considering the features of facade solutions and emphasizes the volumetric composition of the building. Lighting devices are placed on facades lined with stone, maintaining the architectural rhythm. The glass facades remain intact, excluding lighting from outside into the interiors, allowing to admire the city at night from inside. The project provides functional lighting of the territory around the business center (pedestrian zones), entrance groups, as well as entry points to the underground parking.
Thanks to the architectural lighting, the building retains a recognizable appearance in the dark, and becomes the light dominant of the Tverskaya Zastava Square.
