On the 28th of May was held the annual architectural evening for partners and friends of the WORKSHOP. A-CLASS HOUSES project at the Original restaurant on Zemlyanoy Val.

The concept for the 2026 celebration was based on the formula “The function of form is to sound.” Architecture and music are related arts, united by rhythm, harmony, structure, and proportion. Repeating elements in architecture (columns, windows) are similar to the rhythmic pattern in music. The use of mathematical principles and proportions (for example, the “golden ratio”) unites the composition of sounds and the design of buildings. Just as music conveys emotions through sound, so too does architecture create them through visual images.

Guests at the evening participated in an audiovisual experiment. Together with the label
Radi Mira I Lubvi, the organizers assembled a pool of artists who transcended traditional formats: the party’s musical offerings included a mix of live bands and DJ sets, creating a dialogue between analog sound and electronic culture.

The evening event delighted us with meetings with friends, partners, and like-minded individuals, united by architecture, art, and vibrant emotions.
