The premium office quarter STONE Towers — Tower B and Tower C — won in the nomination “Architecture and Environment” at the main award in the field of architecture and design of work and public spaces Best Office Awards.

Each tower has its own unique facade and at the same time follows a single design code. During the day, the exquisite play of light and shadow gives the quarter a special charm, creates an atmosphere of integrity and harmony, and in the evening, artificial lighting helps to convey the main idea of the architects thanks to a balanced conceptual lighting solution. Lighting fixtures with narrow and elliptical optics allow you to precisely highlight the main architectural elements of buildings, eliminate light from entering windows and minimize light pollution.

As a reminder, the second phase of the quarter — Tower B and Tower C — became one of six office properties commissioned last year. Today, residents are already carrying out repairs in their premises, and about 40% of them are planning to move this summer.
