Project details

The space of an unusual apartment in the center of Moscow is divided into two unequal zones. The first includes an entrance hall, kitchen, living room, dining room and parents bedroom. The second part is represented by two children's bedrooms and a games room, and a long corridor connects both zones. The decor of the apartment combines various textures forming a harmonious ensemble.

Lighting
Lighting emphasizes the division of zones as a form of devices, and lighting effects. Luminaires with diffuse light distribution are used for spaces in which a long stay is expected. The movement zone is solved by directional light fixtures.
Overhead fixtures and recessed lighting fitting in their design complement the solutions of ceiling blocks. Hanging devices, which are not attached to the plane, accentuate attention with their shape and material.
