Project details

The CVET32 house was created for young and contemporary people who value simplicity around them. The eight-story clubhouse is built in a modern minimalist style and is hidden on the second line of development on Tsvetnoy Boulevard. The house fits into the contradictory and various contexts of the surrounding buildings due to its simple facade, devoid of decorative elements. Only the rounded slopes of the windows give it more complex plasticity. ts laconic and elegant appearance does not detract from the charm of the historical paintings of Tsvetnoy and the neighboring Neglinka - one of the most atmospheric streets of old Moscow.

LIGHTING
The central concept of the faсade design is the designer's play with window sizes. The width of the window openings gradually increases toward the upper floors, creating a dynamic, escalating rhythm. Their width smoothly changes depending on their location: the narrowest windows are located on the lower floors and where they adjoin neighboring buildings, while the widest ones, conversely, are on the upper floors. Rounded stone slopes combined with French-style balcony grilles give the façade its distinctive, geometric pattern.

A laconic lighting design solution highlight the architectural features of the facade. At night, the light highlights the window sills, revealing their rhythm and dynamism. Compact, minimalist lighting fixtures, virtually invisible during the day, are used for illumination, one for each window opening. Thanks to the narrow optics, light does not enter the windows and does not disturb residents’ rest in the evening.

In addition to the architectural and artistic lighting of the faсade, which shapes the building's evening appearance, functional lighting was also carefully considered in the entrance area and basement. The colonnade and the entrance to the garage are illuminated with cooler tones. Uniform and bright lighting in these zones ensure comfortable and safe movement at night.

The elegant minimalism of the architecture is combined with luxurious finishes and the ultra-modern design of the entrance areas. The lobby continues the plasticity theme. Curved panels with integrated mailboxes alter the traditional scale of the entrance space and add elegance to the house. Since the house is aimed at a modern generation, whose gaze is often fixed on phone screens, the entire navigation system is integrated directly into the floor.
