About project
“Zolotoy” is a residential complex on Bolotnaya and Sofiyskaya Embankments. The architectural design for this club quarter was created by the SPEECH architectural bureau, headed by Sergei Tchoban. Recreating the historic facades in the style of old Moscow, the architects used unique, original ornamentation, traditional color schemes for the historical center, and modern materials such as natural limestone and architectural bronze. This luxury residential complex offers apartments with terraces or private gardens overlooking the Kremlin, penthouses with panoramic views of the capital, and private residences in historic buildings with attics, terraces, and their own separate entrance from Sofiyskaya Embankment. The British bureau 1508 London designed the public spaces and entrance areas.

The Zolotoy neighborhood was designed by London landscape architects Gillespies. A dedicated system of public spaces has been developed for the residential complex: ground-floor residents have access to private green courtyards, while the inner courtyard is designed for safe children’s play and comfortable exercise. Its private gated community affirms the status and values of the residential community.

The developed lighting solutions have become a significant design element of the residential environment, without disrupting the architectural integrity of the building, either through the appearance of the lighting equipment or the installation elements. The selected lighting techniques, color temperature, and intensity of the light sources are fully consistent with the architectural style and create a comfortable lighting environment, meeting not only lighting standards but also the aesthetic appeal of the premium residential area.
