The new office was created in connection with the expansion of DKC – a leader in the production of engineering electrical equipment in Russia. It is located in the building on the territory of the factory Bolshevik of 1884 construction (the building itself dates from the middle of the 20th century). It was important to emphasize the company’s corporate style in the interior, reflect its values – honesty, desire for development, humanity.
The office is designed to accommodate 200 employees. There are fixed and non-fixed workplaces (about 10%). The main task of the architects was to preserve the feeling of space and light. Special attention was paid to the location of workstations and the convenience of employees.

Lighting solutions tasks
For a modern office space of an engineering company, it was necessary to design a lighting solution for different purpose premises: a public area (including a presentation area and places for communication with visitors), a coffee point, places for corporate meetings, an area with workstations, meeting rooms, a recreation area, as well as a gym and a place for eating. It was important for the client to maintain a sense of visual cleanliness, air and dynamism, which is reflected in the design solution.
